To succeed as I have in real estate takes a strong commitment to hard work on behalf of clients, professionalism and integrity. Throughout my career I have also developed solid ties within the community, acquired in-depth market knowledge and marketing savvy, and become a highly skilled negotiator. These are the hallmarks that make up who I am as a real estate agent.

With that being said, in all my years as a real estate professional, I find that in order to provide the best possible service, I must always put my clients’ needs first and foremost. In doing this, I will make myself accessible, always listen to you, communicate often and follow-through on everything we discuss.

My philosophy of putting clients first is something I’ve done throughout my career. I continually work to improve the way I do business and to enhance my skills. Additionally, in keeping up with the latest technologies I find that I can do everything a lot more quickly and effectively, which has allowed me to expand the array of services I can offer my clients.

Choosing a Realtor is no easy decision. You need one who has a solid understanding of the area and the local market. As a native of Colorado, I grew up in and around the Denver Tech Center and Aurora, spending weekends at our second home in Vail. I attended college in Boulder and Denver, and often visited friend in Fort Collins where they went to school. I started out raising my family in Lone Tree and Parker before we moved to Denver. Recently we moved to the Golden, Lakewood, Morrison area. This means that I’m intimately familiar with the areas of Aurora to Vail as well as cities from Boulder to Castle Rock, so if you’re thinking of buying or selling your home in any of these areas, please contact me.
